Moving into business mode!

I purchased studio equipment that I can set up in my own home, or a client's home.

Here are a few of the photos from my 1st photo shoot at a client's home.

studio work: Children - boy with a hat

I had the opportunity to do another studio session with my son.  This time I went in with the intention of making black & white pictures.  So the clothes and prop (black hat!) were chosen with the conversion to black & white in mind.  I took 117 shots, and got around 20+ good ones ... over 20%, which is good for an hour with a 2-year-old.  From those, I have chosen 9 to display here on my blog.  Enjoy!

studio work: Children - Taekwondo brothers

Two brothers in their Taekwondo uniforms.  I did a studio session for them, since their parents wanted some more fun shots than the ones taken on picture day at their Taekwondo school.

Wedding Photography - Yakima, WA

These photos were taken at a wedding where I was a guest.  I have not shot a wedding yet, but I took this opportunity to take some shots for my portfolio.  Don't worry; the wedding took place in Washington state, so I am not hurting the official wedding photographer's business.
